Birthday Present

Hi again folks!
Phew! I'm really chuffed to get an award earlier, hopefully I've followed it correctly, although had trouble linking my blog into the comments boxes! I'll learn one day!
Here is a card I've made for a work colleague's daughter, who's in her early twenties, so I thought this image was perfect and she wanted a really girly card too, which I always love doing. Hope she likes it!

My Recipe
Stamp from Rubber Romance
Patterned paper from Basic Grey
Paper flowers from Prima
Gems from Doodlebug
Paper punch from Martha Stewart
Embossing folder from Cuttlebug
Embossed card 'Chocolate Box' from Coredinations (flipped over)
Ribbon from Wild Orchid Crafts
Other materials used: Distress Inks, Stickles Glitter Glue & Brilliance Ink Pad

Hi Kelly,
I got given an award from Nicki too, and was reading your comment, including about not being able to do the links within comments - I just learnt that myself, so wondered if you would like to know...

Save the shortcut to the post you want to link to, by right clicking on the title of it, and copying the shortcut.

In the comment box, type:

(the bit you want to be the link)

Don't add any of the brackets that I have above.
Hope this helps - sorry for leaving you such a long comment!
Your cards are lovely too, by the way!

Oh heck - that didn't work too well - I just created a link, without it showing the words to use!! sorry - hope you aren't thinking I'm a complete nutcase! If you really do want to know, drop me a line, and I'll work out how to type it so you can see!
