Happy New Year's Eve!
Hope everyone is well, I'm in my pj's for tonight lol ! Thought I'd pop on with my last card of the year which I made for my nephew's birthday in November! So one of my.......sorry my only new year's resolution is to get lots more crafting done this year!!!

Wow! Another scorcher today! We had thunder earlier but no rain so it's still boiling, urgh!
Anyhoo, more puddy cats on my card today, these sweeties are from My Favorite Things. I inked them with Versafine Vintage Sepia and stamped on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper, painted them with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer pencils and fussy cut them out.
For the background, I used Distress Oxide ink pads in the colours Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey to ink blend, splattered with water, the same inks and Perfect Pearls. I then used a confetti patterned stencil on top of this and used the Wild Honey ink again.
For the sentiment I used a die cut and stamp, die cutting the word 'happy' four times and layering for depth.
And the finishing touches are a few wee clay stars, some Stickles Stardust glitter glue and Nuvo Limoncello jewel drops.

My card today features a lovely flower stamp from My Favorite Things, which I've stamped with a Versafine ink pad onto Fabriano Artistico cold pressed watercolour paper.
I've painted these roses with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils, which took almost two hours!
The sentiment stamp is from Clearly Besotted, I stamped this onto kraft card with a Versamark ink pad and embossed with white embossing powder.
And for the finishing touches I used Crystal Drops and Glitter Drops from Nuvo.
