Afternoon Folks
Here's a card for the PennyBlackChallenge which is a sketch, so I thought I'd make a start on a few Mothers Day cards. I tried a new technique (for me anyway) and used my Whispers marker pens straight onto the stamp and then spritzed it with water from a mini mister and voila, it looks as if you've watercoloured it. Soooo simple but looks fab, well I was pleased with it anyway! Oh and the glitter paper is soooo sparkly, love my glitter.
Better go and sort my laundry wash out, then will be back later to do abit of blog hopping.
Thanks for looking.

My Recipe
Stamp from Penny Black
Glitter paper from Petaloo
Handmade paper from Papermania
Card Candy from Craftwork Cards
Jewels from Doodlebug
Whispers marker pens
'Mum' sticker from Anita's

Hi Kelly, just popped over to say thank you for the lovely comment and agree about wanting to be a house mouse - they have such fun and get up to some amazing antics - oh what a life!!
Then....I spotted this gorgeous card and I love what you've done with the image. I've just got some butterfly stamps and thought oh yes! - rushed off and 'whispered' them but instead of spritzing with water spritzed with glimmer mist - try it - it has a lovely effect. Thanks for the inspiration.
