I've made this card for a friend at work's birthday, which is today and I ended up making a little gift box too as I couldn't find any wrapping paper or gift bag! :D

I've coloured with my Promarkers, distressed with 'Spun Sugar', used some 3D Crystal Lacquer on the balloons and some yummy Vintage & Sparkle 'Chantilly Lace' glitter too!
