Baubles!

 Hello everyone!

I'm back with a few baubles I made for an order recently. The dies are from Poshta Design and they are from the Keepsake Ornaments II kit, the heart is from the Basic Heart set, the letters are from the Monogram Alphabet and the small ampersand is from the Accessory Numerals.

The felt is 100% wool from Felt Better and the colours I used for the one below are: Iced Mint with DMC no.955; Red with DMC no.817; Cream with DMC no.3865

The colours I used for the two below are: Periwinkle with DMC no.25; Pistashio with DMC no.15; Cherry with DMC no.816; Cream with DMC no.3865

Sweet Pastels

 Hi everybody!

I made a couple more fridge magnets for a birthday order. The stitching dies are from Poshta Design and they are the Ice Cream Cone, Basic Butterfly and Botanical Butterfly Details.

The felt is 100% wool, also from Poshta Design and I used the Vintage Charm colour story. 

I stitched tiny lazy daisy stitches on the butterfly.

Archie Fridge Magnet

 Hi everyone!

So I made my own creation from Poshta Design dies the other day, he's supposed to look like my boy Archie :D

The dies I used were the Basic Heart and Scalloped Heart Details for the base of the fridge magnet. For the dog's head and shoulders I used the large bee from the Busy Bee set (used again for his shading) and for his ears I used the medium sized bee's wings. Then just added safety eyes and nose and a wee red bow tie to finish off. 

I'm so pleased with the result, will definitely have to experiment with more breeds! 

The felt I used is 100% wool from Felt Better and the colours are; Carnation with DMC no.963; Red with DMC no.817; Caramel with DMC no.434; Gingerbread with DMC no.301

Sleigh Bells Ring

 Hi everyone!

We're on a sleigh ride today.......sort of ha! The stitching dies I used today are Santa's Sleigh and Pretty Package by Poshta Design.

The felt I used is from Felt Better and the colours are; Red with DMC no.817; Cream with DMC no.3865; Pistashio with DMC no.15; Carnation with DMC no.963; Willow with DMC no.747; Teddy Bear with DMC no.3862 

The peppermint swirl is from The Gingerbread Village kit. 

Here's the Pretty Package which I made into...............

 

...................a gift card holder or you could put a very small present inside.

Mr & Mrs Claus

 Hello people!

I'm back with the sweetest couple ever! The stitching dies I used are from Poshta Design and the felt I buy from an online shop called Felt Better. 

The colours I used are Soft Peach with DMC thread no.948; Red with DMC no.817; Cream with DMC no.3865; Carnation with DMC no.963

The peppermint swirl I used on Santa's hat is from The Gingerbread Village kit.

The candy cane I used here is also from The Gingerbread Village kit and for her glasses I used 3 strands of the red thread and 1 strand of gold metallic thread.

So about a year and a half ago I picked up a new hobby! Stitching felt! Love it! I soon came across Poshta Design that make stitching dies and that's where these cute guys are from :)  

 I always use 100% wool felt as it's lovely and soft.
