Wow! What fantastic weather! And it's a Bank Holiday!!! Lol!
So I'm back with another adorable Penny Black hedgie and made this card exactly the same way as my previous one, except I chose blues for this card. I used Distress Oxide in the colour Speckled Egg and stamped the sentiment with Versafine in the colour Deep Lagoon.

It's Bank Holiday weekend! Yay! And monsoon season is over! Double yay! Lol! And I have a hedgie card!
So, I started off by ink blending some Distress Oxide (Dried Marigold) in a kind of oval shape, then splattered this with the same ink and Perfect Pearls.
I then used a stencil with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse over the top.
I stamped the gorgeous hedgie from Penny Black on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper with a Versafine (Vintage Sepia) ink pad and painted with my Caran D'Ache Supracolor pencils, fussy cut it out and applied 3D foam pads on the back.
I stamped the sentiment with a Versafine (Habanero) ink pad and then popped a few gems on for sparkle, oh and added Stickles Glitter Glue on the image too.

It was my Mother-in-Law's birthday yesterday and this is the card I made her earlier that day!!! Note to self: need to get more organised!
Anyhoo, the sweet stamps are from Penny Black, I inked them with a brown Versafine ink pad and stamped them on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper. I then painted them with my Caran D'Ache Supracolor pencils.
I ink blended with Distress Oxide in the colour Dried Marigold and splattered it with water and ink.
I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and embossed it with silver embossing powder.
Then to finish, I added gems, some sparkle with a Wink Of Stella pen and stamped a wee heart with some orange Versafine ink.

It was ma boy Archie's 10th birthday the other day! Can't believe he's in double figures now! Where do the years go?
So I had to use this fab stamp set from Penny Black for his card :D I stamped these super cute pups with a brown Versafine ink pad onto Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper and painted with my Caran D'Ache Supracolor pencils.
I ink blended with Distress Oxide in the colour Squeezed Lemonade, then splattered this with water and some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink.
I stamped the sentiment with a Versafine ink pad and die cut the letters four times each and layered for depth.
To finish, I added some sparkle on the butterflies, present and cupcake.

What a dreary old Saturday! Here's a card I made for my brother's birthday, which I hope cheers things up a bit!
The fab stamp is from Penny Black, which I inked with a brown Versafine ink pad and stamped on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper and painted with my Caran D'Ache Supracolor pencils.
I ink blended around the image with a Distress Oxide in the colour Peacock Feathers, then splattered this with water and the same ink. I then stamped the sentiment with a blue Versafine ink pad.
For the icing on the cakes I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops and glitter and then finally popped a few sequins and star embellishments on too.

Absolutely no idea where on earth April disappeared to?! Anyhoo, here's my first card for May!
The adorable stamp I've used is from Penny Black, which I inked with a brown Versafine ink pad and stamped on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper. I then painted using my Caran D'Ache Supracolor pencils.
For the background, I painted a normal white piece of card with Distress Paint in the colour Speckled Egg. When that dried, I used a heart stencil with some pink Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and then splattered some pink and white paint over it all.
For the lacey bottom piece I used an old Martha Stewart border punch and a heart die for the balloons.
Finally, for the finishing touches I used Glossy Accents on the balloons and champagne glasses and popped a few sparkly gems on here and there.
