Thinking Of You

 Hi everyone!

My card today features a lovely flower stamp from My Favorite Things, which I've stamped with a Versafine ink pad onto Fabriano Artistico cold pressed watercolour paper.

I've painted these roses with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils, which took almost two hours!

The sentiment stamp is from Clearly Besotted, I stamped this onto kraft card with a Versamark ink pad and embossed with white embossing powder.

And for the finishing touches I used Crystal Drops and Glitter Drops from Nuvo.

Thank you for visiting today.

Very Valentiny

Hi everyone!

Two card posts in one week! Quite a rarity these days! Lol! So on to my card order for a valentines featuring a T-Rex and an English Bull Terrier! And fortunately I had stamps to match that combination!

The T-Rex is from Heffy Doodle and the dog is from Stamping Bella. The other wee images are from Pretty Pink Posh. I stamped all the images with a Versafine ink pad onto Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper and painted them with Mijello Mission Gold paints and Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer pencils.

For the background I stamped the large 'love' sentiment onto watercolour papper with a Versamark ink pad and embossed with silver embossing powder. I then used the matching die and cut it from a piece of cold pressed watercolour paper, which I had painted purple and stencilled with a purple ink pad.

For the shaker part, I glued acetate on the back of the panel and filled with some clear heart embellishments.

I stamped the sentiment onto red card with Versamark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder.

Then for the finishing touches, I used Stickles glitter glue on some of the stencilling and the doggy's collar, dotted about with Nuvo Crystal Drops and I used Glossy Accents to give the doggy a shiney eye and nose.

Products I have used that you can find in my store:

Pretty Pink Posh 'Love' clear stamps

Pretty Pink Posh 'Love' coordinating dies

Pretty Pink Posh 'Love' background stencil

Thank you for visiting today and have a lovely weekend.

Sweet Schnauzers

 Hi everyone!

I got asked to make an engagement card for a couple who have Schnauzers and luckily I found this fab digital stamp from Di's Digi Designs! Yay! And I managed to flip the image so I got 2 for 1! Lol!

I printed the pups on to Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper and painted them with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils (plus white paint on the bandanas) and fussy cut them out, cutting off the rose from one of them.

For the background I used Fabriano Artistico cold pressed watercolour paper and smooshed Distress Ink on it, splattered metallic gold paint on it too and let it dry, then used a hearts stencil from Pretty Pink Posh with Viva Deco Crystal Gel.

I die cut their names with letter dies from Memory Box, die cutting each letter three times and layering for depth. I stamped the sentiment stamp with a Versamark ink pad and embossed with white embossing powder.

For the finishing touches I added heart embellishments, used a Wink Of Stella pen on their names to make them sparkle and Glossy Accents on the pups eyes and noses to make them lovely and shiney.

Woodland Welcome

 Hi everyone

I hope you're all well. Where on earth did January go? Lol! Anyhoo, on to my card featuring the cutest woodland creatures from Hello Bluebird, which I stamped onto Botanical Ultra Smooth watercolour paper with a Versafine ink pad.

I painted them with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils and fussy cut each one out.

For the background I stencilled on a cloud sky using a stencil from My Favorite Things with some Distress Oxide ink pads in the colours; Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold and Spun Sugar. I also used a slimline background die from Hello Bluebird and covered this with the same inks.

The fab letter dies are from Pinkfresh Studio, which I die cut four times each and glued together for depth. I also did this with the number dies, which are from Memory Box.

After sticking it altogether I finished it off with a few crystal gems and a sparkley dusting with my Wink Of Stella pen.
